Rick has over 26 years of global experience in the oil/gas and mining/minerals industries. Having worked in Saudi Arabia, Chile, Peru, Brazil, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands and England, in the area of engineering and construction, Rick has established a significant number of global contacts and relationships. Rick’s ability to speak, read and write in English, Spanish and Portuguese gives him the added advantage of developing valuable relationships and contacts in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Australia. Rick’s global experience gives him the added advantage of understanding different cultures, languages, and geopolitical environments.
Daryl Hoffman – Vice President – Construction
Daryl has over 40 years of international experience in heavy industrial construction projects, including oil/gas, mining/minerals, power, food, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, government, waste water, pulp and paper, nuclear, steel, aluminum, chemicals and co-generation for both direct hire (union and merit shop) and construction management. Daryl has successfully executed projects in Guatemala, Venezuela, Bolivia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Indonesia, Ireland, Trinidad, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Africa, Turkey, Newfoundland, Mongolia, Madagascar, United Kingdom and the United States. Daryl’s vast experience includes construction, construction management and administration, schedule, cost, health, safety, environmental, supervision, control procedures, labor law, contract law, contract claims, claims settlement, proposal development, construction contracts, construction execution plans, constructability programs and value engineering applications.
Robert A. Anaya – Vice President – Real Estate Development
Robert has over 20 years of experience in the area of real estate development, which includes various positions with State, County and Local government agencies. Robert has been involved in a number of real estate development and modernization projects, including write-up development, procurement, contract management, file management, budget development, construction payment approvals, compliance with drawings/ specifications, review of federal, state, local, and Davis Bacon wage regulations, and building/construction requirements. Robert is also very familiar with a number of federal and state agencies including Housing and Urban Development (HUD); Public Housing Authority; Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program; Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME); National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO); Northern Area Workforce Development Board; Sergeant at Arms New Mexico State Legislature; and County Housing Authority.
Amy Reid – Senior Manager – Marketing and Administration
Amy has over 15 years of experience in marketing and administration. Amy is responsible for the day to day communications, branding, coordination and administration for Intellectual Capital. She has experience in dealing with people of various nationalities and backgrounds. Amy’s primary experience comes from a manufacturing and retail background with emphasis in human resources and accounting.
